Sara James - Owner & Director

Since our inception in 2014, Sara has been responsible for leading our business from strength to strength. From importing our own range of furniture specifically designed for staging, to being a leading educator and media commentator for our industry, Sara has used her extensive insight of the real estate industry to keep our business at the forefront.

I feel most creative when… There are no interruptions and a killer playlist! That’s my flow zone!

Designing spaces makes me feel… Aligned and fulfilled.

I dream of… Balmy nights in Bali.

My favourite part of my job is… Watching my team’s talent evolve and creating spaces that make people feel good.

When I was younger I wanted to be… A ballet examiner.

 

Jes Koedyk - General Manager

As our General Manager, Jes directs and manages our primary business activities to ensure the effective and efficient running of our operations team.

I like to start my day off with… COFFEE!

I feel most creative when… I’m inspired by the space, the property aesthetics initiates the concept creation.

My next holiday will be in… What’s a holiday?

The best part of my job is… It's creative - every property is a blank canvas!

My design aesthetic in three words would be… Minimal, monochrome, moody - contemporary always!

 

Kirsten Davidson - Brand & Business Manager

Kirsten has been around since the very beginning and is now responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing strategies including branding initiatives, product development, media advertising and social media campaigns.

I like to start my day off with... An early coast walk with a friend or my Golden Retriever, Wilbur.

My favourite piece of advice is... What's meant for you, won't pass you by.

The best part of my job is... That no two days are alike.

I would describe my design aesthetic as... Simplistic, organic and neutral.

I feel most creative when... I'm working on an exciting new project.

 

Alexis Forte - Stylist

As a huge part of our styling team, Alexis is responsible for effectively showcasing all of our projects to their highest potential, whilst guaranteeing an exceptional level of customer service and sales results.

I start my day off with... An early F45 session & an oat milk coffee.

I feel most creative when... I change my environment and am inspired by architectural spaces or challenges.

My next holiday will be in... Southern Italy or Greece.

My favourite part of my job is... Being able to create fresh new looks in different homes every day.

My design aesthetic in three words would be… Minimalistic, neutral & contemporary.

 

Wesley Tullis - Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager, Wes plays a critical role in effectively and efficiently managing the storage, packing, installation & removing of our stock that we use to showcase properties to their highest potential.

I start my day off with... Overnight oats and a cup of coffee.

I feel most creative when... I’m creating an excel spreadsheet.

I dream of... Travelling again.

My favourite part of my job is... The amazing people.

When I was younger, I wanted to be... A cheetah. Yes, the animal!
