After a successful and rewarding career in lending and residential property finance, Sara knows exactly what it takes to make a property sale tick. Her extensive insight into a real estate transaction means Sara can recognise just how to influence the value of a property.  It did not take her long to identify an opportunity to take real estate marketing in Perth to the next level.

In 2014, Sara jumped at the chance to harness this knowledge and utilise her advantageous professional network to make her mark on the Perth property market. It was then that Sara introduced Perth Style Co. Her strong personal relationships with agents, industry partners, suppliers, developers, and the media means Sara has access to the latest in property marketing trends and technologies.

Sara has taken the business to a global scale, travelling internationally with her design concepts to source and create Perth Style Company’s furniture collection each year. A unique product offering that brings an exclusive range to Perth’s furniture market, helping Perth Style Company to stay at the forefront of international design and our industry in Perth.

This is where Sara’s entrepreneurial spirit was brought to life, sparking creativity and exponential growth within her company. After quickly turning Perth Style Co. from a start-up concept to a growing seven figure business, Sara has made an art form of her impeccable skill of making the right business moves at the right time which has lead to the growth of the company’s net worth year after year.

Now leading her industry nationally, backed by her highly skilled team, Sara has become a leading educator and media commentator in her arena. TRENT SUTTON
Head of Operations

Trent leads our business with high energy and exceptional operational knowledge. When it comes to managing a team and making it happen, he is our guy! He joins Perth Style Company to team up with wife, Sara and brings with him with an impressive history of logistical experience and success.

Trent has worked as a manager of the overlay team at the 2012 London Olympics with French company GL Events, spent two years as logistics lead on Cirque de Soleil in London’s Royal Albert Hall and not to mention, an adventurous Snowmaker at Mount Norquay in Banff, Canada. Most recently Trent spent the last four years heading up his own logistics business here in Perth before making his move to expand Perth Style Company.

Passionate about building a team of champions, Trent has been involved in AFL football most of his life and lives and breathes team culture. He leads with a unique motivational work ethic and his core focus is developing systems and processes by embracing technology and analytical data that helps form a logical vision that continually improves the effectiveness and secures the continual growth of our whole business.

 

 

 

JES KOEDYK
Principal Stylist

Jes joined Perth Style Company in 2017 after spending nine years as an international visual merchandiser for a fast paced, global fashion brand in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Her creative eye is second to none and something her and her childhood pal, Sara had always had in common growing up together. She jumped at the chance to join her friends business and the opportunity to get highly creative in a new industry. This took Jes’ skills to extraordinary heights.

Now with over 6 years experience staging some of Perth’s most exclusive addresses, the who’s who of Perth property people call upon Jes and Perth Style Company and trust us with their biggest property assets. Now known as one of Australia’s leading property stylists, Jes’s talent is highly sought after.

Jes’s talents don’t end with just styling, she successfully heads up our styling department, coaching, mentoring, inspiring our styling team and evolving our brand essence. Jes works closely with her clients, referring agents, premium builders and developers and is backed by our experienced logistics team to ensure your project experience with Perth Style Company is a highly professional one.

Jes has first hand successfully purchased and sold property for profit and recently completed her own boutique build with partner Adam. Combining her love and passion for all things design, interiors and styling, this home is certainly a showcase of her creative abilities and a testament to the skill and experience you get when you engage Jes to stage your home.

Senior Stylist

With over nine years of experience and a portfolio of over 1,500 staged properties, Jess is a seasoned professional in the field of Real Estate Staging. Joining our team as Senior Stylist, she leverages her extensive knowledge and keen eye for detail to transform spaces and elevate a homes' potential. Her dedication to building lasting relationships within the industry has earned her the trust of many repeat clients who value her expertise and attention to detail.

Jess thrives in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing situations with ease and bringing a sense of humor to every challenge. Her approachable nature and vibrant personality make her not only a valuable team member but also a trusted partner to clients seeking to enhance their homes. WILL RICHMOND
Logistics Leader

Coming from a background in logistics and warehousing in a major home grown national company like Officeworks, Will is no stranger to representing a brand to their highest standard.

Will has brought extensive knowledge and experience to our logistics team. He specialises in system and process optimisation. With the high number inventory turning over at our warehouse daily, Will ensures our inventory is continually checked, measured and maintained to ensure our day in and day out efficiencies are met.

Will leads our crew with his hustle hard attitude and eye for detail. Will ensures both the warehouse and project installations run as efficiently and smoothly as possible. You’ll find him in the warehouse, packing our furniture pieces into the trucks, as well as on site heading up the logistics crew to ensure the delivery of a quality end result. No detail is overlooked when Will is on the job!

 

 

 

KRYSTAL ADDISON
Interior Designer

Krystal brings a wealth of creativity, expertise, and positivity to the Perth Style Company team, elevating spaces with her impeccable eye for design and commitment to excellence. Her keen eye originated from observing her father's construction work and was influenced by various creative disciplines, Krystal has developed a deep appreciation for the balance between style and timeless design elements, evident in her work across residential and commercial projects.

As a qualified interior designer with over 20 years of experience, Krystal has left her mark on numerous notable projects, including her involvement in the interiors and furniture procurement for the Perth Children’s Hospital. It is important to Krystal to assist clients in instilling their homes with emotions that reflect their beliefs and dreams and finds this process incredibly fulfilling.

Krystal's dedication to creating meaningful spaces, coupled with her infectious enthusiasm and unwavering commitment to excellence, makes her an invaluable addition to the PSCO team, heading up our Interior Styling service. With her innate talent for design and genuine passion for fostering positive connections, Krystal elevates every project she undertakes, leaving a lasting impact on clients and colleagues alike.

Brand Manager

Brittany’s professional and commercial acumen means that our team and our projects are given the extra love and added support they need to shine bright like diamonds.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Counselling Britt is the ultimate team player and company cheerleader, Brittany brilliantly supports our styling team and Director by ensuring all aspects of our brand are exceptionally presented and well considered.

Brittany has a real love and passion for design, interiors and photography so her role brings all of her favourite things together in the most creative way. Her strong eye for detail and keen interest in delivering our brand essence ensures she can assist picking projects, sourcing stock, customer service activities, assisting with styling and installation and collating endless beautiful images of our end projects for promotion.

Brittany and husband Will have two amazing little people who keep them on their toes whilst they are not on the job.
