King Street, Perth

King Street is such an iconic location in Perth and the Wills Building is home to 33 beautiful residential loft apartments. Built in 1924, this building was originally used as a warehouse by a wholesaler to the fashion industry. The development of the warehouse saw the Wills building become beautiful and high quality apartments that compliment the heritage of the area. Elegant in its Edwardian style, the rich timber, high ceilings and arched brickwork creates such a unique experience and this particular apartment is a testament to stunning design. We were honoured to elevate this apartment through our curated furniture and styling to create a space anyone would dream of living in.
