Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all pricing policy - every property we style has a unique interior layout which dictates how much furniture, decorative, lighting and wall art is needed. Length of property styling campaign
Our packages usually run for a minimum of one month duration, but some clients choose to hire for longer upfront depending on their circumstances. For example, if they have a number of units to sell or are asking for a particular price point, it might take a little longer to achieve the results they need and therefore the home staging is needed for longer. There is also the option of extending on a weekly basis at a discounted rate if your property hasn’t sold and you wish to keep the furniture in place.
