FULL TIME INSTALLATION LEAD

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a background and understanding of furniture removal, logistics and warehousing. They will be responsible for effectively and efficiently handling large stocks of inventory with significant value, whilst guaranteeing the company delivers the exceptional level of customer service they are known for across all projects.
This role demands full awareness of our brand essence, client management, staff expectations, knowledge and management of stock control, effective communication around daily processes and workflow. You will be required to work alongside our other stylists whilst also directing and supporting our logistics crew to ensure productive and efficient delivery of all daily projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Deliver and assist in executing all projects including installations and removals efficiently
Deliver on team sales targets and budgets.
Provide business development support to the Operations Manager.
Maintain accurate inventory stock information
Conduct periodic reviews of inventory holdings
Maintain standard operating procedures
Support General Manger and Stylist in preparation of projects and deadlines
Maintain warehouse and tools of trade
Develop and maintain team culture and work toward common goals.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience in warehousing and logistics
Experience in furniture removal is preferred but not essential
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Excellent time management and communication skills
Have a great ability to follow instructions
Ability to lead by example
Coaching and mentoring skills

Hold a valid driver’s license with sound driving record
Have their own vehicle

Four men, two trucks team when on the road (lead by you)

RENUMERATION:
Full time permanent salary based position
Commencement Date: Monday 6th January 2025
