We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Installation Lead to join our Logistics & Warehousing team. This hands-on role demands a proactive leader with strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and the drive to guide our team on-site while delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Please note this is a highly physical, manual labour role that requires moving a large number of inventory on a daily basis and therefore a certain level of strength and fitness is necessary. 

About the Role

As our Installation Lead, you will:

  • Oversee and execute installations, removals, and project deliveries efficiently.

  • Direct and support the logistics crew to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Manage inventory, including periodic stock reviews and maintaining accuracy.

  • Collaborate with stylists and operations managers to prepare for projects.

  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to enhance workflow effectiveness.

  • Foster a positive team culture and ensure alignment with company goals.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, or furniture removal (preferred but not essential).

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Exceptional time management and communication abilities.

  • A proven ability to lead by example and mentor team members.

  • Physical fitness, reliability, and a professional, well-presented demeanor.

  • A valid driver’s license and a sound driving record (own vehicle required).
