About the role: 

As a Styling Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, assisting in the creation of captivating property presentations that resonate with our brand. You'll be responsible for bringing your natural creative flair to showcase properties using contemporary furnishings and designs that align with current trends. Your primary focus will be on ensuring every project meets our standards of excellence, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Stylists, in both our Real Estate Styling and Interior Styling services, to develop innovative and brand-aligned concepts and designs, employing a modern approach.

  • Execute projects to the highest standards, paying meticulous attention to detail throughout the process.

  • Manage project execution, including preparation, styling, and inventory management, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Develop and uphold standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals and targets through proactive engagement and contribution.

Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer skills to facilitate efficient project management.

  • Exceptional time management abilities to meet project deadlines effectively.

  • Demonstrated creative flair and a penchant for modern design aesthetics.

  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Physical fitness and a friendly, well-presented demeanour.
